Alison was married in Roswell, GA at Primrose Cottage which is an antebellum home, the oldest residence in Roswell!
The home, built in 1839 has a beautiful terraced garden in the back with a huge oak tree. Alison chose a vintage theme for her wedding.
The Style File
The big bouquet of dusty pink flowers that Alison carried included part of her mother's wedding dress as her "something old" and she used her great aunt's teacup and saucer as the cake topper.
"Some other small details that I loved about our wedding include the ruby slippers I wore for our first dance and goofing off with my bridesmaids in the bridal suite". comments Alison.
Alison's gown was embellished with beaded lace. "I didn't want to wear a necklace so I decided to go with larger earrings".
Alison says the Natalia Earrings - an Anna Bellagio best seller - closely matched the crystal pattern on her dress. The earrings are available in either silver and gold and have a matching bracelet too.
"I had so many people comment on them during the evening and one friend even asked to wear them as her "something borrowed" on her wedding day a few months later"!
