RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want our Brides to be completely happy with their product purchase. We are proud of our designs and the high quality of jewelry and accessories. We realize that it is an important part of your wedding day look, and want you to love your jewelry and accessories.
Making sure your items arrive safe and in perfect condition is our top priority! If you have any concerns about the items once received, please let us know immediately and we will resolve any issue you have. We want you to be a happy Anna Bellagio Bride and customer!
To make shopping with us easy, we offer Returns and Exchanges on all jewelry and accessories (excluding the Sterling engraved items that are personalized) . If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For items returned after the 30 days, we will be happy to exchange your items for the same dollar value. Please email us to arrange exchanges for your jewelry purchase. If your new selection is not ready to be made, we will be happy to give you a store credit, to be used at a later date.
Return & Exchange Instructions:
- Please repackage the jewelry using the original packaging, and enclose a copy of the invoice.
- Send your package via UPS or Fedex to insure a safe delivery.
